Matthew Hill, Head of Telecoms at Clarity, shares his experience of working with Wavenet. "Hi, my name is Matthew Hill, I'm the Head of Telecoms at Clarity. I've been at the business for twenty years, and we've been a Wavenet customer, probably for about 11 of them.
 
Over the years, we've always needed to find a really good, robust phone system. We have to be contacted from all over the world, any time of the day, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, as our travellers are out on their various journeys. The phone calls we get are huge and are probably, still now, a preferred way for us to be contacted, especially in an emergency.
 
In our search for a new phone system after the last one had served its life, we sat down with Wavenet and looked through the various vendors, and between us, we were able to, much to the congratulations of the business, move very seamlessly, with minimum impact to the customers, minimum impact to our end users, but giving the necessary training with the new tool and the very successful project was completed in the 12 months that we set out to do it.
