"We were previously with another supplier. That came to an end, that arrangement - due to changes in technology and other things. Then the enormity of the task hit us, because we were changing everything at the same time. It just became very apparent that a lot of the things we wanted to do, Wavenet were very comfortable doing. So, that is why we made the commitment we did. We thought, 'Right, we'll go with them'. We sort of stuck our toe in the water with one or two bits that were urgent, and since then, we've just developed that, and gone to more and more things, and gradually increased the footprint of their involvement in our business, and everything seems to be going okay. As I said, it is a major change, but it's all been very good. I am very happy with the way things are developing, and we're very happy with Wavenet generally."

"I've been working with Wavenet, from a few different companies, for over 10 years. We started with them on our basic MPLS with our WAN connectivity.
"That has expanded now, and we've been recently working with them on our on-prem infrastructure, which has gone really well - we literally finished that project last month. It's been a really good success for us because it has been a massive savings for us in the business.
"The best things about working with Wavenet is the breadth of knowledge they have got within the IT field. That's everything from the connectivity side from the WAN - how we traditionally interacted with Wavenet - down to all the technical side and consultancy that they can bring to us. It is a nice whole stack of services that they can provide to us as a customer."
