On October 7th, we were proud to take part in BISNOW London’s Leasing Trends and Occupier Demands event a pivotal gathering for leaders shaping the next era of commercial real estate. It marked the start of an inspiring week of industry engagement for us, as we continue championing innovation across flexible, connected, and future-ready workspaces.

Driving the conversation on hybrid work

Hosting on our behalf, Lee Zweigled a standout panel discussion exploring:
“How leasing, amenities and services are evolving to capture the hybrid workforce in a cost-conscious market.”

Lee was joined by an exceptional panel of industry voices including Laura Wilson-Brown, Alan Pepper, and Henry Shearer, each offering meaningful insights into how landlords, operators, and occupiers can better adapt to the changing needs of today’s hybrid workforce. The conversation underscored a shared commitment to creating work environments that are smarter, more flexible, and more aligned with evolving occupier expectations.

We were thrilled to have a strong turnout from across our team, with Simon Riches, Kelly Aspeling, Jake Hughes, and Harry McMullan all attending and actively engaging in discussions throughout the day. Their contributions reinforce our continued commitment to shaping and supporting the future of connected workplaces.

Thank you to BISNOW

A huge thank you to Joana Frade, Toby Carling, Freddie Keyworth, and the entire BISNOW team for hosting such a well-run and insightful event. Bringing together so many influential voices in one room is no small feat, and the energy and expertise on display made the day truly impactful.
