On October 7^th^, we were proud to take part in BISNOW London’s Leasing Trends and Occupier Demands event a pivotal gathering for leaders shaping the next era of commercial real estate. It marked the start of an inspiring week of industry engagement for us, as we continue championing innovation across flexible, connected, and future-ready workspaces.

Driving the conversation on hybrid work

Hosting on our behalf, Lee Zweigled a standout panel discussion exploring:
“How leasing, amenities and services are evolving to capture the hybrid workforce in a cost-conscious market.”

Lee was joined by an exceptional panel of industry voices including Laura Wilson-Brown, Alan Pepper, and Henry Shearer, each offering meaningful insights into how landlords, operators, and occupiers can better adapt to the changing needs of today’s hybrid workforce. The conversation underscored a shared commitment to creating work environments that are smarter, more flexible, and more aligned with evolving occupier expectations.
