Wavenet are pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Axial Systems Ltd, one of the UK’s leading solution providers of network and security services. The acquisition of Axial Systems further enables the Wavenet Group to strengthen its security, network and technology offerings and enhance the service delivered to our customers.
Founded in 1989, Axial Systems located in Maidenhead provided to a range of clients across the UK, including several large FTSE 100 companies, legal firms, and various blue-chip financial institutions with visibility, control and management of their networks, security and data. The synergy between Axial Systems and Wavenet CyberGuard is great and considering Axial Systems were going into administration, we decided to acquire the business at short notice to unify and expand our security solutions further.
Wavenet recognised the potential impact that administration would have on Axial Systems employees and was committed to finding a solution. We identified opportunities for staff members from Axial Systems to take on new responsibilities and grow their careers within the Wavenet Group.
The team at Axial Systems bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, but it is their focus on customer experience which aligns well with Wavenet’s business values.
