How can I access the Gateway platform?

Accessing the Gateway Portal

  • Open your web browser and enter the Gateway Portal URL.
  • Alternatively, open the welcome email sent to the main administrative user and click the access link.
  • Follow the step-by-step registration instructions to complete setup.

Important:

  • The registration link is time-sensitive and may expire.
  • If the link has expired or the email was not received, contact a Customer Experience Manager to reset access.
What is the process for adding a new user?

Creating a Dot11 Wi-Fi User

  1. Log in to the Gateway Portal.
  2. Navigate to Wi-Fi CredentialsDot11Manage.
  3. Select Add New Dot11 User.
  4. Choose the relevant company.
  5. Enter first name, last name, and email address.
  6. Set the access level to Web and LAN.
  7. Click Create Credential.

The user will receive an email with login details and password reset instructions (check junk/spam folders).

How do I reset a user's password?

Resetting a Dot11 User Password

  1. Log in to the Gateway Portal and open the Dot11 user list.
  2. Locate the user.
  3. Select the key icon next to the bin icon.
  4. A password reset email will be sent to the user.

Important: After resetting, users should forget the Dot11 network on their device and reconnect using their email address and new password.

What is the next step after you’ve successfully created your password?

Signing In to the Gateway Portal

  1. Navigate to the Sign In page.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Select Sign In to access your dashboard.

Note: Dashboard appearance may vary depending on account permissions.

How do I create a password for my account?

Setting Your Password

  1. Open the password reset email.
  2. Click the reset link and create your new password.
  3. You’ll be redirected to the Gateway dashboard.
  4. Log in using your email address and new password.

Important notes:

  • Passwords are case-sensitive.
  • Avoid using password managers during setup.
How can I remove a user who has left the business?

Removing a Dot11 User

  1. Log in to the Gateway Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Dot11 section.
  3. Locate the user in the list.
  4. Hover over the row and click the bin icon.
How can I request additional user licenses if needed?

Requesting Additional Dot11 Users

  1. Log in to the Gateway Portal.
  2. Go to Dot11Manage.
  3. Scroll down and select Request Additional Users.
  4. Select your company and submit the form.

Users are provided in bundles of five (£5.50 per month). The Sales Team will confirm and process your request.

How can Apple device users ensure a successful connection to the Dot11 Network?

Connecting on Apple Devices

  • Ensure macOS is updated to the latest version.
  • Accept and trust the security certificate when prompted.
  • If issues persist, request a Printer’s Key from the Support Team.
