Exceed Learning Partnership is a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) in Doncaster, made up of five primary schools, serving over 1,700 pupils and 260 staff. With a focus on educational excellence, the Trust is committed to growing sustainably while providing outstanding support for both staff and students. We have been a trusted partner since the formation of the MAT in 2017.
As the Trust expanded, it faced challenges managing the varied IT needs across schools, each with its own approach to technology. This led to inefficiencies, such as overlapping services from multiple providers, which created additional costs and accountability gaps. With plans to continue growing, Exceed needed an IT support provider who could offer flexible, scalable solutions that worked for every individual school, while keeping costs manageable and service accountability clear.
