The Challenge


When Route One's current offices were closing, they decided it was the perfect opportunity to improve their Internet speeds. Their incumbent solution was causing frustrations with the team due to poor connectivity and slow speeds making it difficult to complete daily tasks.

Moving offices brought its own challenges as the team needed a new system, porting of existing numbers and a reliable and high-speed Internet connection. With the pandemic changing how the team worked, the need for remote and hybrid-working was also something that needed to be addressed.


The Solution


Wavenet were able to provide a solution that would address Route One's business needs, but also one that could be rapidly deployed into their new premises meaning they would not be left without connectivity and most importantly, their customers would still be able to contact them.
